  I couldn't even believe how horrid of an environment I walked into. Half the lights were out (the other half flickered back and forth), the staff was anything but friendly, and the residents were lined up like vegetables along the hallway. There was no stimulation taking place, no vibrancy to the environment, and I can't say enough times how rude the staff was. I WOULD NEVER dream of leaving anyone I loved there.
